*We store your items for up to 7 days FREE-Of-Charge, after first 7 days, consider item holding.
Holding Fee = RM 3.50 / per items receipt / per day (Applicable after 7 days)
Insurance =
If the cost of shipping the first weight-step is RM 50/kg and subsequent weight-step at RM 9/kg, (any weight less than 1kg to be calculated at 1kg); for every purchase, we will hold the items free of charge for 7 days before holding fees are levied from Day 8 and onwards at the rate of RM 3.50/ per items receipt / per day.
Example #1：Singapore >> Purchase AAA weighs in at 0.88 kg while Purchase BBB weighs in at 1.33 kg with a total consolidated shipment weight of 2.21 kg. Item AAA was stored in our warehouse for 3 days while Item BBB was stored in our warehouse for 7 days. Shipment Forwarding Service Fee calculation as follows:
- 50 + (9*2) + (0*3.5 + 0*3.5) = RM 68.00
Example #2：U.S.A >> Purchase AAA weighs in at 0.88 kg while Purchase BBB weighs in at 2.99 kg with a consolidated shipment weight of 4.87 kg. Item AAA was stored in our warehouse for 10 days while Item BBB was stored in our warehouse for 8 days. Shipment Forwarding Service Fee calculation as follows:
- 150 + (29*4) + (3*3.5 + 1*3.5) = RM 280.00
